Cindy and Francisco have successfully completed a two-month Urban Kiz Teacher Training with The Kiz Lab. Now they will be launching the very first TKL Urban Kiz Level One Series in Oklahoma City!!!!!

    Cindy, renowned for her event organization skills and exceptional artist care, as the owner of Intuitive Planning and MI Body Care, she has been pivotal in the Urban Kiz scene for years. As the founder of KUA, a Kizomba and Urban Kiz dance business in Oklahoma City, she brings high quality to every project. With a profound commitment to care, history, and technique, Cindy has long been a huge supporter of The Kiz Lab. Having completed our intensive teacher training program in February 2024, she is now ready to lead The Kiz Lab’s Urban Kiz Level One Series. Her successful completion of our rigorous six-week program underscores her unwavering dedication and expertise. Cindy brings her own unique touch to the series, blending her skills with KUA's distinct essence. Welcome to the KUA x The Kiz Lab collaboration!

After completing our intensive teacher training program in February 2024, Francisco is now ready to teach The Kiz Lab’s Urban Kiz Level One Series. His graduation from our rigorous six-week program showcases his dedication and expertise.   • Announcing the 2nd Edition KUA OKC 2024 Weekender! Join KUA for an exciting weekend to learn and dance three exciting genres:

    U - Urban Kiz

    A - Afrobeats

    All levels are welcome, and no partner is needed. Experience eight workshops led by out-of-state instructors, followed by evening socials to celebrate and practice what you've learned. Get ready to groove to live DJs at all their socials!
