LIABILITY AGREEMENT

By attending events organized by The Kiz Lab, you agree to the terms in this liability agreement.

1. Release of Liability: By attending Kiz Lab events, you release The Kiz Lab and its related parties from any claims, debts, damages, or liabilities of any kind, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

2. Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks and take full responsibility, waiving any claims for personal injury, death, or damage to personal property related to the services provided, including unsatisfactory results and property damage.

3. Continued Effect: This waiver and release remain in effect even after the services have ended.
