REFUND POLICY

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be made within 20 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 20 days of the estimated delivery date. Rest assured, any errors on our part will be covered at our expense.

If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment is returned, you will be responsible for reshipment costs. Similarly, unclaimed shipments will incur reshipment fees. Please ensure your address information is accurate to avoid these additional charges.

Please note that we do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, for health and hygiene reasons. Any returned face mask orders will be disposed of.
