By attending events organized by The Kiz Lab, you automatically agree to the terms outlined in this photo release form.

I, (your name), hereby grant permission to The Kiz Lab and its representatives to take photographs and/or videos of me for use in promotional and educational materials.

I understand and agree that the photographs and/or videos may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, social media, and other related media. I also understand and agree that my name may be used in connection with the photographs and/or videos.

I hereby release The Kiz Lab, its contractors, and its employees from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities related to the use of the photographs and/or videos, including without limitation any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or copyright infringement.

I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation for the use of the photographs and/or videos.
